●久々のアップ

■んー、なんやかんやで忙しぶって、約1ヶ月もブログをさぼってしまった。反省。もちろんこの間、いろんなクルマにのってたし、いろんなイベントがあった。

■↓のエントリーを書いた後、新型911ターボに乗った他、いろんなクルマに触った1ヶ月でした。この模様は時間のあるときにアップしようと思っているのですが、どうなることやら。

■ハッ、そいえば今月はエキサイトismコンシェルジュもエントリーしてない。これも猛ダッシュでいろいろアップしようと思います。

■いやー、なんだかんだでヤルこと多いかも。ガンバらねば。

■ちなみに今週土曜から欧州へと旅立ちます。

どうも御久し振りです。

その間に、私も今更ながらマツダ・NCロードスター(VS・AT)に試乗し、話題のRHTは展示のみでしたが、それでも十分に楽しい試乗会とはなりました。

走りの印象ですが、3ナンバー化の影響は普通に流す分には感じませんが、フロントや側面の「見切り」の違いは実感しましたし、最大の心配だった「初代の軽快感」「旋回時のヒラリ感」「テールの軽く流れる感覚」は、予想通りと言うか幾分は失われていた様に感じました。
2リッターだからという訳では有りませんが、走りの全体的な印象はNAから離れてNBを通り越してしまい、何となく私の日常の足である「MR2」に近い感じがしました(今じゃSWもライトクラスかも)。

それでも「ロードスターらしさ」は残ってますし、適度なパワーのエンジンを廻しながら法定速度内でも十分にスポーツ走行が楽しめ、やはり旧型よりは「人馬一体感」は薄れたものの、それでも「本物のスポーツカーとは、パワーやスピード等の数値を競い合うばかりじゃ無いんだ!」という事を、今回も改めて再認識させられた次第でした。

あと、試乗したのがATだった御蔭で、河口さんがMTではなくATを選択された理由も、何となく判るような気がしました。

Bf109さん>お久しぶりです、ロードスター試乗したのですね。Bfさんが受けた印象を読んでみて、納得すると同時に自分が忘れていたことに気が付いた思いです。僕の場合、仕事柄様々な(大きく重い)クルマに試乗するため、成長したNCをしてまだロードスターらしいと感じてしまう部分が多々あります。もちろんBfさんの記述を見て、改めてかつてのNAやNBを思い起こせば、なるほどその通りと思うわけですが、ついつい最近の回りのクルマと比べがちゆえ、そうした思いを忘れやすいわけです。特にNCはNA/NB比では確実にスタビリティもダイナミクスも上がっているため、日常域では特に人馬一体感が薄いと感じるのも仕方ないことかなと思えます。この辺りは難しい部分ですね。機会があれば、こうしたことについて、みんなで楽しくおしゃべりできたりすると良いですね。ま、そういう場を作るのが僕の役割なのかもしれませんが。
