僕は、NSXを事情で手放してしまいましたが（まだお持ちだったんですね！　ポルシェと2台のスポーツカー。うらやましいです）、まさに誇りを持って「Do you have a honda?」に「Yes, I do!」と言いたいクルマでした。

後継車も買う！と公言してますが、それに値するクルマになるか心配な面もあります。

あとF1前に新聞広告に出ていた「レースは好きか」っていうのもよかったな(^^)
ト●タに言ってるみたいだ、と感じてましたが(^^;;

タイプRも入れる予定がないとはビックリ！
そんなにシビックを売りたくないのですか？と嫌みを言いたくなるくらい、不可解な方針ですね。

こんにちは。
私は学生で、親の車を使わせてもらってますが、ザッカーなどで河口さんの評論を読んでいつかはこういう車にといろいろな車に思いを馳せています。
そのひとつが欧州シビックです。あれは本当にかっこいいです。街でたまに新型シビックセダンを見ると、なんか切ない気持ちになってしまいます。

"Yes I have"って言いたいですね。
これまで２０年の車歴でホンダとトヨタにはいつでも乗れると思って、あえて選択してこなかったのですが先代シビックのタイプＲを購入しました。
今考えてみるとホンダへの危機感があったのかもしれませんね。
トヨタのクルマは可もなく不可もなくという感覚ですが、仕事として見れば普遍的に活動していると思います。
新型シビックでホンダのとった行動はどうでしょう？河口さんがホンダというメーカーに「Do you have a honda?」と問いたい思いにも納得です。
ホンダの回答はどういう形で出てくるか分かりませんが、いつの日か私が保有するタイプＲを安心して手放せることを期待します。

最初に自前で買った車は私もホンダでした。バイクからの延長線上にあったからです。
Ｎ３６０のグリーンでした。

経営陣は車、好きじゃないのかなぁ・・
欧州で評価の高いディーゼルも日本じゃ売ってないし・・
アキュラいらないから、タイプRと無限のみを売るディーラーを作って欲しい・・

やはり、今の本田は「ホンダであってホンダではない」と思います。
昔のホンダ車の魅力は、バイクの流れを組む高回転までビュンビュン廻るエンジンと、軽量ボディやダブルウィッシュボーンサスの組み合わせなどで、しかも金の無い若者にも買える価格で魅力的な車を販売していました！

最近のミニバンの氾濫には嫌気が差すのは当然ですが、今度のシビックセダンも名前を忘れれば悪い車では無いものの、あれでは車好きも一般ユーザーも買わない筈です。
試乗してみれば「可も無く不可も無く」といった所でしたが、やはり３ナンバー化のせいで取り回しが悪く、更にあの価格では他社のライバルに客が流れるのは当然でしょうし、これでハッチバックや米国向けクーペを日本で売らないと言うのは、ホンダが如何に日本市場を舐めているかの証拠です！(以前試乗したライフも、今後２度と乗りたくないと思いました）

今後はアキュラを展開するそうですが、あのレクサスでさえ都市部以外は苦戦中だそうですし、ホンダは更に少ない店舗数でレクサス以上の成績を上げる事は困難だと思います。
将来はアキュラで高級スポーツを販売して、金が無い人や若者にはミニバンや軽モノボックスでも乗っていろと言わんばかりの販売戦略みたいですが、そうなったら今以上の２極化が進んでしまい、トヨタや日産を差し置いてホンダを買う理由が希薄になる筈です。

今の私はＳＷ２０乗りですが、元ホンダ車オーナーでしたのでホンダにはそれなりの愛着も有ります。
しかし、ホンダが今の様な車造りを続けるのであれば、私は金輪際ホンダ車を買う事は無いと思います！
ぶっちゃけて言うと、かつてのサイバーＣＲＸやビートの復刻版でも出たら、無条件でホンダ車を買いたいのですが、今のホンダにリクエストしても馬耳東風かと・・・。

Bf109のお話、おもわずウンウン！と頷いてしまいました。若者にも買える価格帯で魅力的なクルマ、、、まさにコレですよ。今のホンダは魅力的=ミニバンだけになってしまっているんでしょうね。VWがやっているような本質を突いたクラスレスな展開を、もう１ランク値段を下げてやってほしいなあ。

あまり本田に期待し過ぎるのではとも少し思いました。本田宗一郎さんが創立させてその時代の本田のエンジニアたちは本当に車が好きで宗一郎さんが確固たる意思でドンドン好きな車を作り、創って喜び、売って喜び、買って喜ぶが成立していました。でも、今の本田は思った以上に大きくなりすぎて、でも宗一郎さんの様に好きな車を作り、売りたいとういう意思は有るのですが、車に興味ない安く売って儲ける・福利厚生がよいから本田にいるみたいな人が多くなり、オデッセイでタマタマ成功したからそういう”商売車”を作って成功して偉くなった人たちが今の本田の上層部なので、スポーツカーのよさなど本当は知らない人ばかりになっていて幅も利かしている。
どんどん車種を増やし、さてどうしたらよいか分からなくなり、また商売車で成功した人が、”やっぱりトヨタと同じようにやってみよう。間違いないって”とアキュラブランド立ち上げと組織までも真似する。でも残念ながらトヨタほどの体力はなく（みんなが集まってわいわいやってなりたっていたから新しい体制で苦労し本田の不得意な部分がもっと露骨に表れてくるでしょう。まあ、３年は期待しない方が・・・。またきっと組織が変わって、スポーツカーを知っている人が上層部に付けば期待できるかも。２トン近くの無理やりスポーツカーを作ろうとしてるうちは駄目でしょう。軽量Ｖ６位万５千回転のピュアスポーツを創るとでも宣言してくれたら、それは期待大でしょう。今は無理ですよ。きっと。大変大変と溺れているのが精一杯ですから。

みなさん本当に様々な意見ありがとうございます。かなりシビアな意見も。。。。。4月11日の23:52分の方の意見が現状なんです、僕もそれは知っています。が、それでもまだもう一度だけ信じますよ、僕は（ちょっと長くなりそうですが。。。）。ホンダ好きですから。それにしても、ホンダのネタでこれだけコメントが付くことを、ホンダの人にも少し分かってもらいたいですね。
